The first P stands for Product, the 2nd for Price and value of the product, the 3rd for the Place or location they can get the product and than the last on it the Promotion. Promotion is the process of reaching the target market and than convincing them to buy your product or service.

The Internet is a powerful platform to develop a successful business and market it global wide. The Internet makes marketing a business much easier and cheaper than it was in the time before the Internet. The Internet is not only for business opportunities, but also for business development and research.

Yes, I know there are a lot of people trying Online Marketing to build their own business, but are they really developing a real business? Most will disagree with me, but the true is that most of them don't have a business plan and know nothing about Marketing. That is not their fault! Most of them are involved in a MLM opportunity, and all they want is to sell. They try to teach all kind of hart selling tricks and don't support their new recruited people how to build a business, a real business! All their sales pitches are about get quick rich, but their people are not getting rich and some are even never earn a penny. When you question them, they all are pointing fast to an up-line who is making all that money.

The reality is that most MLM are starving and never make a penny, and the ones who make it are very good sales people. Now, tell me who from the regular people can sale everything that they get their hands on and don't care is it a good product or not. Well, most people just can't do it. They can't sell something and knowing it just can't deliver what it promise.

We just have too many good people coming to the Internet and trying to build a business. The first step what they must learn is personal & business development and marketing! When they get the hang on it and understanding it, than they are able to build a successful business online or even off-line. There is nothing that can't be learned and how many companies are out there who didn't knew it when they started their business. The only thing that makes the different between success and failure is learning the right skills and taking the right action. Personal Development is very important, the journey you take and the changes you must make in the way you think and act, in other words you must grow into a business owner and leading your business into success.

Marketing is the most misunderstood concept on the Internet. Most people who are in an Online Business Opportunity are not really in an Online Business and defiantly don't know what marketing is. In most cases it is not their fall, because they were recruited into a fantasy business like I call it.

This companies and their strong recruiters are forming the newbie's with their stories. They know how stories selling, and all of them have almost the same story. They all were so broken and almost bankrupt and than this business opportunity showed up, they jumped on board they didn't had the money and found a way to get it (they want to take peoples excuses away from having no money for this business opportunity, which is true for most of the people), but they took the risk and just a few weeks later they making a four to five figure income. They all had no experience, like everyone who joins.

They going into their fresh recruited persons mind, that they can do it so easy, too. Most off them offer tools, which they also will make money on it, like to tell them were to buy leads, were to advertise, training them how to push their sales pitches letter on everyone the new recruited person get in contact and to use e-mail marketing to let people know about this great opportunity to get fast rich. Or even come to their seminars. Again they will make more money for the fee of that seminar and for sure, travel and hotel are separate, because people who attempt the seminar went home and had than their brake through in business. In reality they are now all trained to become spammers. The big recruiters or the head of this group will be branded for their success by the newbie's, and they never will be talk how to brand themselves or what real marketing is, and all will promout the corporate website like they know affiliate links don't work.

They call themselves, self-made millionaires, and bragging about their lifestyle and wealth they created in short time. But, they never tell you their expenses. Or, that they may just faking their success, until people branding them as successful, buying their teaching product to learn the secret. The real secret is, to rip people off, for overpriced products and product who don't deliver what they promise in the front. On the end, they stealing people's money and their dreams in some case even their self-esteem and confidant.

True marketing is not spamming people with their business opportunity. No true marketing is what all the companies are doing to stay in business and grow their business. Just think about McDonalds, Wal-Mart, Apple, Dell and all this other companies. They are spending millions of dollars for marketing and advertising. They hire people with marketing degree to market their product and branding the company the right way. Nobody from them sells the get quick rich opportunities, they don't spam people with it and they don't tell how much money they make a month and how they live or how many cars they have. Yes, you can find out this information, when you go and make researches about the head of this companies lifestyle, but you also will find out how busy they are and how many hours they are working.

Marketing is the important part in the success or failure of a company. Good marketing skills will raise any company, but the luck of marketing knowledge will destroy a company even when they have the best product on the market. Marketing are the skills every business must learn and understand what people like and what not!

Marketing, no matter is it Online Marketing or Offline Marketing is not spamming like 98% people are doing with their Home Based Business Opportunities are doing. Marketing and Building a Business don't mean to call professional Marketers and ask for an Appointment to refer an associate, and in reality do a three way sales pitch call about this new company and get fast rich scam.

In the same time, Marketing is not buying all this software's to spy on good websites with good page ranking and good traffic, to try to steal their traffic or copy what they are doing.

Marketing is not a push bottom pushing and you done! Their is also no so called secret somebody just figure out that makes them millions. Pictures are not telling the true about success! With today technology they can easy be manipulated and fake! Just rent for a few hours a nice or a few cars, park them in front of some ones house or go to modules home and take picture or videos about it. All it will tell you that this person is showing off, but not what the true is.

Now we have two groups of people

1. They just want to make fast money and jumping from one opportunity to the other, and they don't want to learn the new skills of Online Marketing and building a real Business. Half of them do nothing while the other is busy to spam people.

2. Then we have the people, who know that the Internet is the new platform to build a powerful business, but they don't know how to do it. They want to learn Marketing and going through the transformation to become a Professional Online Marketer. But, a lot are ending up by the wrong people and receiving the wrong information.

Yes, it can be so frustrated for a person to find the right people with the right information, and to connect to them. There is only one tip; analyze them what they are doing! Use the Internet for research and give attention! Are they giving you any real information or they keep it as there secret? Are they giving out a little bit of information like in emails or webinar, but want you to buy their program or what ever they try to sell? Do you here they bragging how much money they make and how broken they were before?

My tip is, research businesses and their founders, what they done and how to become successful. By the way, you will find out that all of them started out small like you, but they all were willing to work hart and learn whatever it is to build a successful business and their Marketing Strategy. They all made mistakes and lost money, but they all were hungry, so hungry and willing to risk all to make their dream come true. They all went through a transformation and on the end they became the person they want to be and a business that gives them a lifestyle. Some don't care about the money or lifestyle, but all love what they do and how they can do it better and grow more.

Personal Development for the Power of Words

We have an amazing power through the words we use. The words we keep in our mind and the words we speak can make us or break us, or better said they can give us all the power we need to succeed in our business, family and life. In the same time words can kill and destroy everything, your business, your family, your marriage and yourself. Yes, words can kill a man without using a physical weapon.

People use words to manipulating others, to make them do thinks they never would done, or to agree for things that can destroy them. Words can influent a whole nation, to be manipulated and give the wrong people all the power over their lives.

Words are so powerful and in the same time people don't use the power of words to create the life of their dreams.

People use the words that keeps them in their box, words of fear and discouragement. Words to look cool and be cool which also brings out attitude that won't allow you to rise up. The words of the wrong attitude will be accepted from the group of people who given up on life, who blaming others for their failure and thinking the words that it must be given to them and that it is not fair that someone gets everything and the poor gets poorer.

Research people and research the words they use! You will find out that each group use always the same words. Successful business people, they all are using words of empowering and words of solution. Losers are using words of giving up and never think about of trying out, for them there are no solutions and with their words they buried themselves alive into their own sorry. Word of crimes, are feeding their minds to commit for more crimes and to be willing to get into jail or be killed, the words of crimes are violence and brutality.

As you see, likely 70 to 90% of the people are not using the word to success and positive power. It is no different between using the right words or the wrong ones, but the outcome is huge. When you are not happy were you are in your life right now, analyze your language and the language of your friends and family! You will see which direction your words will take you when you don't make changes now.

Research the words successful people are using, people who have success and building wealth. You will see that they have a total different language than people how are failure and living in poverty. Words have so much power and you have the opportunity to learn to use the right words and become successful and wealthy. But you must make the change in the words you think, hold a conversation in your mind and the actual words that comes out of your mouth.

Personal Development is nothing news, but it is kept away from the blue collar people, so they will work very hart for this corporation on minimum wages and been all the time broken, and living in fear to lose that job. Oh, did I say living in fear? Do you know that people living in fear and are broken can easy be controlled? People been brainwashed all this years to look for someone who will solve their problem by manipulating and promise what they want to hear. They have been trained to blame others for their circumstances and why it is hopeless for them. They will vote for those people who promise them to give them what they want and to hate the true rich people who are taking the money away from them. Understand that we have the true rich people who earn their wealth and than we have the corrupted ones who steal it and want to control others to get more for the mselves and not sharing it with you.

Yes this is politics, and so more people go into poverty and are not willing to learn Personal Development to change their live into prosperity, so more they give power to the wrong people who only want power over people. They are putting them into the modern slavery through manipulating and corruption. This is nothing news, our history showed us many times about men who tried it and failed. They failed in that moment when people took the risk and started to create their own lives and start making good money. As soon people make good money they become strong and they can't be controlled any more. You must learn the skills of Personal Development and follow people who make good money. Than money can also come to you, but when you hate people with money and feel sorry about yourselves than money can't come to you, but that little bit what you have will also been taken. Oh yes, it will be taken from you! Just read your bible and it will you tell why this is so!

When I grown up, my parents had financial good times as bad times, one time my dad had almost lost it all when he didn't had turned it fast around, and than he created wealth. He always told me to look up to the true millionaires, and from them you will learn how to save money and create wealth. He also told me, that when you start saving your money and see how it multiply, when you catch that feeling than you feel the power of creating more and you will move closer to your own millions.

When I got married, I found out that my ex was in debt, and I paid it off for him as long he was in Desert Storm. I took our financial in my hand, and we had always money until we moved to the US. My ex took over our finance and told me that every one know that women are to stupid to handle money, and his mom told me that I am now in US were everyone has few max out credit cards and that I have to stop complaining, because this is not Germany. Well, I didn't understand that, because no matter which country you live finance must be handle the same way. Well, you may guess why I said my ex.

After my divorce, it was not easy and I didn't make as much money as I made in Germany, but I watch my spending. Sometimes when I look back, I don't know how I done it, but my boys and me always had a nice place to live and a lot of time money just came when I needed it the most.

One thing that separates me from most of Americans women is, that I hate to go shopping and I hate when I have a balance on my credit card. It makes me feel so guilty and dirty. In the same time I hear people around me been in total financial disaster, complaining about all their max out credit cards, but still they are buying daily their lunches. I can't understand why they not bring their lunches to work and why they don't cut their spending!

I think most are so ok with their debt that they don't even try to get out of it by cutting their spending. What ever we want to happen to us, we must take action toward our goals. But, most of this people see themselves as a victims and on the end they file for bankrupts and start again going again into debt. You must always pay for your action, so why not to learn first how to handle your finance and your spending, than you will get yourself fast out of this rat hole.

Do you also know, that people in poverty will teach their kids been poor and when they get some money into their hand they blow it fast and give it away? Kids will not learn from what they been told, but what they see. So when you can't handle your finance than most likely your kids will have even more challenges with money, and than they think it is not fair that other have money. In the same time there are people who are so sick and tired been poor that they take massive action and creating wealth.

So get rid of you financial fantasies forever, and start taking action by cutting down your spending and increasing your earning. Did you also know, that many employers looking into peoples financial before they get the promotion or even get hired? Many people messed this up, because of their private financial challenge; some even lost their job for that. Some even make the biggest mistake as soon they make more money they also up-grate their lifestyle and spend more money. They don't understand that we always have lean and fat years of income, and when they blow all their money in their fat years than they have nothing for their lean years. Again whose falls is it than?

It is so important to learn the skills of becoming financially responsible by surround yourself with people who are creating wealth. No matter what you may think, but you will make as much money as your friend you hang around. So when your friends are broken and only make minimum wages, so will you. Hang around with people who creating wealth, so you will start creating wealth. Sometimes is it just time to move on and leave your friends behind you when they are not supporting your goal of becoming financial free.

I think most are so ok with their debt that they don't even try to get out of it by cutting their spending. What ever we want to happen to us, we must take action toward our goals. But, most of this people see themselves as a victims and on the end they file for bankrupts and start again going again into debt. You must always pay for your action, so why not to learn first how to handle your finance and your spending, than you will get yourself fast out of this rat hole.

Do you also know, that people in poverty will teach their kids been poor and when they get some money into their hand they blow it fast and give it away? Kids will not learn from what they been told, but what they see. So when you can't handle your finance than most likely your kids will have even more challenges with money, and than they think it is not fair that other have money. In the same time there are people who are so sick and tired been poor that they take massive action and creating wealth.

So get rid of you financial fantasies forever, and start taking action by cutting down your spending and increasing your earning. Did you also know, that many employers looking into peoples financial before they get the promotion or even get hired? Many people messed this up, because of their private financial challenge; some even lost their job for that. Some even make the biggest mistake as soon they make more money they also up-grate their lifestyle and spend more money. They don't understand that we always have lean and fat years of income, and when they blow all their money in their fat years than they have nothing for their lean years. Again whose falls is it than?

It is so important to learn the skills of becoming financially responsible by surround yourself with people who are creating wealth. No matter what you may think, but you will make as much money as your friend you hang around. So when your friends are broken and only make minimum wages, so will you. Hang around with people who creating wealth, so you will start creating wealth. Sometimes is it just time to move on and leave your friends behind you when they are not supporting your goal of becoming financial free.
